150th Anniversary Touched by Time and Sundial Sculpture. This is being installed in the NW corner of Founders Park, within the existing circle where the landscaping and flagpoles exist. Scope includes demolition of all existing items within the 28' diameter circle (landscaping, irrigation, river rock, boulders, uplighting and flagpoles). Soil will be excavated to a depth of 5' below grade and replaced with 5' of select fill, on top of that will be a structural concrete plaza that will include a stainless steel inlay for a sundial. A 12' tall glass column and a 5' tall gnomon will be installed on top of the paving. The glass column will be illuminated and controlled by the City lighting system., Arlington (76010), TX
