Project Name: Sublett Covered Patio The proposed project consists of constructing a new covered roof structure over the existing outdoor patio/seating area. The patio is currently shared by the building occupants, but its use is limited during periods of excessive sun and heat. The proposed patio cover has been engineered and will consist of 6x6 support posts, LVL beams, and 2x8 roof rafters. The structure will be freestanding and will not be attached to the existing building. It will be supported entirely by its own posts installed on the existing concrete patio, which has been reviewed and approved by the project engineer for the proposed structure.
